Garage Sales: You may post your Garage Sale Ad for free provided it meets the following criteria:

• The person posting the ad must register on StrotherWeb.Com. Registration is Free. A Registration form is available here.
  

• The sale you list must be a private sale, held at your home. We also accept church and school sales, or sales held for charity. Neighborhood sales are also accepted.

• Your ad will appear for 14 days from the date you post it.

• We review all ads before posting, and we reserve the right to edit or deny any ad. If we deny your ad we will notify you by email of the reason for the denial.

• Ads submitted will appear not later than 8:00 AM on the following day.

Real Estate: The following criteria applies to all Real Estate Ads:

• Realtors: In order to post your listings you must open an advertising account with StrotherWeb.Com. You will find our rates more than reasonable. Please email your contact information to us and we will return your call as soon as possible. Send the email to info@strotherweb.com.

• For Sale By Owner: Private sales by owners of single family dwelling can be advertised on StrotherWeb.Com for only $45.00. Your ad will run for 30 days after which time you can renew it for free. You can renew your ad indefinately, for as long it takes for your property to sale. The most you will pay as long as the ad stays posted is $45.00.

• For Rent By Private Owner: Rentals by private owners of single family dwellings can be advertised on StrotherWeb.Com for only $25.00. Your ad will run for 30 days after which time you can renew it for free. You can renew your ad indefinately, for as long it takes for your property to rent. The most you will pay as long as the ad stays posted is $25.00.
