Located at 202 NE Douglas Street, on the edge of Downtown Lee's Summit, Strother Office Center provides tenants with a number of plans to choose from. Included are:
- Conference room only plans: Have ample space to meet clients or hold meetings. Includes mail holding service and free Wi-Fi. Seats 6-8 around our conference table. Large white board.
- Office Space: Our offices give you a downtown location to hang your hat, without the downtown prices. Two sizes to choose from.
- Office Suites: These two room suites allow ample work space for tenants making the transition from startup to medium size enterprise. Suites include signage marquee on the curb facing Douglas Street.
- Larger Suites: Need three or more rooms? We have two floor plans to accommodate your growing business.
All plans include:
- Free Internet (Wi-Fi)
- Unlimited use of conference room
- 24/7 access to your space (Not included on Conference room only plan)
- Free On-site Technical Support
- Break area with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot
- Handicapped accessible
- Furnished or unfurnished available (Rent before August 30th and get your furniture at no additional charge!)

Conference room plan starts as low as $95.00 a month, and the office spaces are available beginning at $350.00 per month.
