Strother Web Solutions creates websites using the proprietary SWS Content Management System (SWS-CMS).

In the event that a client should decide to change web hosts, Strother Web Solutions will not place any restrictions on the general content and images that appear on the front end (public) part of a website. Clients who have paid agreed fee's may recreate their content in any platform they choose.

We do, however, restrict hosting of websites created using the SWS-CMS to our servers. If a client decides to transfer thier website to a new host, we reserve the right to convert the website to a free CMS of our choosing so that they may continue to present the content without violating our rights as the developer of the SWS-CMS. Converted websites will not include access to our form server or SEO implementations.

A conversion fee of up to $149.00 will apply.

If a client transfers the SWS-CMS platform by copying and restoring the source files without our prior knowledge, we will notify them of the violation of our rights and allow 24 hours to convert the site to another format. If the client, or their designated website development representative, fails to honor our rights, Strother Web Solutions reserves the right to seek legal relief in civil court.

In the past this platform has also been known as the Kickstart CMS or Synergy CMS. This policy applies to the platform under any of these names.
