As a service provider, Strother Web Solutions is committed to providing customers with a high level of satisfaction through out the relationship. When there are concerns, where a client feels that a full or partial refund is warranted, we ask customers to contact us in writing by submitting a support ticket to This email address is being protected from spambots. Upon reciept of a service ticket describing a request for a refund, we will make every effort to resolve the situation to the clients satisfaction. If it becomes clear that we cannot resolve the clients concerns, we will excersise the following refund policy:
1. Website Design Services:
- When clients contract with us for the design of a website, we give them a "Start Date". If a refund is requested prior to this start date, we will grant a 100% refund via company check within 7 working days.
- If a refund is requested after the start date, but before we provide the "first draft", we will provide a refund not to exceed 50% of the agreed upon development price via company check within 7 working days.
- If a refund is requested after we provide the first draft, we will provide a refund not to exceed 25% of the agreed upon development price via company check within 7 working days.
2. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Consulting Services: By hiring Strother Web Solutions to provide SEO services, the client understand and agrees that they are hiring us to provide an intangible service in a highly volitile and constantly changing market. As such, the client understands that the maximum refund they are entitled to is not greater than the unearned portion of payment already made during the current billing cycle. Refunds will be made via company check within 7 working days.
3. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Consulting Services: By hiring Strother Web Solutions to provide SEM services, the client understand and agrees that they are hiring us to provide an intangible service in a highly volitile and constantly changing market. As such, the client understands that the maximum refund they are entitled to is not greater than the unearned portion of a payment already made during the current billing cycle. Refunds will be made via company check within 7 working days.
4. Web Hosting Services: Clients who cancel service after paying the current months fees are not entitled to any refund, as the services will continue to be made available until the end of the billing period. Clients who have paid in advance are entitled to a full refund of the unused potion of their pre-payment, calculated after the end of the current billing period. Refunds will be made via company check within 7 working days.
